Making community impact

The Commons presents an exciting opportunity to take a new approach to development that holistically integrates forward-thinking urban design with thoughtful cultural events & programming.

We believe building stronger communities and making a positive social impact is not the responsibility of government alone.  The private sector must play a leadership role in helping to solve some of our community’s biggest challenges. We are committed to being more than just another development project.  Our resolve is to seek out partners who share our desire to positively impact the community and to scale this effort with them.

Community Partners

We can't build this without you

We believe that engaging with the community to realize this vision will create a more inclusive and transparent process and help to ensure its outcomes meet the needs of its residents, businesses and visitors.

We're calling on all Hamiltonians to share their vision of public space and culture in this city to ensure The Commons sparks passion and pride from all citizens as well as awe and admiration from outsiders.
